Makeup Bag Overhaul

Makeup Bag Overhaul

In an industry constantly inundated with new launches and ‘must-try’ products, as a consumer it can often be easy to get sucked into beauty trends and purchasing products without actually knowing what we’re putting onto our skin. These days, with conscious consumerism on the rise, individuals are being more mindful about what they buy, where they buy it and the carbon footprint it leaves. It’s easy enough to start making small but significant changes, however comprehensively changing our beauty routine can be a longer, more difficult process.

We’re here to help! If you’re considering switching up your makeup staples in favour of more under-the-radar, natural and organic brands (but feel a bit daunted), we have a salon service that might be just the ticket. Our Makeup Bag Overhaul service is a one-on-one consultation with a trained Glasshouse makeup expert who can assess your current regime and recommend alternatives based on the cult natural brands we stock, including RMS Beauty, Ilia and Jane Iredale.

All of the products at Glasshouse are free from potentially harmful chemical additives, instead packed with potent, nourishing and gentle naturally-derived ingredients.

For a lot of us, the makeup products we use become an integral part of our daily lives. They are the tools we use to make us feel more like ourselves, whether that’s a pop of colour on the lips or perhaps a trusty mascara that gives our lashes a lift.

With application tips from our experts and shade matching personalised to your skin tone, you’ll be given the tools and advice to update your makeup look with products hand-picked for you.

A £30 deposit is required upon booking, which is redeemable against any product purchase on the day of your Makeup Bag Overhaul. Whether you’re looking to purge your makeup bag of all non-natural products or you want to slowly start introducing some key products, our makeup experts are on-hand to assist you in your quest for a greener and cleaner makeup bag.
