Work with us at Glasshouse Salon

We’re lucky at Glasshouse Salon to have a small, close-knit team of staff who are passionate about organic hair, beauty and wellbeing. However, every now and then we get on the look out for other like-minded individuals to join the Glasshouse fold. With that in mind, we currently have a rare opportunity for a fun, driven individual to work with us full-time as our Front of House Manager and Creative Content Assistant. This is a unique, adaptable role that’ll allow you to get involved with every aspect of the Glasshouse brand, whilst running an efficient and organised front of house.

Have you got a real interest in some of our core values at Glasshouse - beauty, fashion, sustainability and wellness? Are you super savvy with customer service and have confident team-management skills which you’d like to apply to a salon environment? Tell us more! This role is incredibly varied - you’ll spend your days taking bookings, fulfilling online shop orders, participating in staff meetings, writing stories for Glasshouse Journal or scheduling beautiful content for our social media platforms (as well as lots and lots of other things). You’ll be working closely with our Business and Communications Manager and ensuring staff and clients are happy and the salon is running smoothly.

There are so many opportunities in this role to bring your skills to the table - whether you’ve got a flair for photography or are a master at running reception, we’re interested! This is a salon-based role from Wednesday-Saturday at approximately 35 hours (with the potential for more). If this sounds up your street and you’d like to see a full job description and details on how to apply, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for more information. Did we mention all the dreamy hair and beauty products you’ll get to try?

We can’t wait to hear from you.
